Their pricing was in line with other quotes, but included callouts on quality differences. She was very familiar with the HOA guidelines and what would and would not be approved. On time; cleaned up nicely, great looking fence. I cleared the vines and they did the rest. Quality materials and the most affordable of three bids from local, well known companies. They arranged for the underground marking service. Very happy with the job.
